Diesel service & repair · Louisburg, NC · Since 2011

Your truck doesn't make money sitting in our bay.

Two bays, two diesel techs, and a shop that understands a down truck is a down week. We tell you what is wrong, what it costs, and when you get it back. If we can't get to it this week, we say so instead of parking it out back and hoping.

Farm, fleet and owner-operator work. Ford, Ram, GM and most heavy equipment.

What we do

Diesel, and the trucks built around it.

Diagnostics

Check engine, derate, regen trouble, no-start. We pull codes and then actually test the circuit, because a code names a symptom, not a part.

$145 diagnostic applied to the repair if you go ahead with us

Emissions & aftertreatment

DPF cleaning, DEF system faults, sensors and regen problems. We repair these to spec. We do not delete emissions equipment, and we'll be straight with you about why.

Quoted after diagnosis too variable to guess honestly

Preventive maintenance

Oil, filters, fuel system, coolant, belts. Set up on your hours or your mileage, whichever you actually track.

$260 to $420 depending on engine and oil capacity

Brakes, suspension & steering

Loaded trucks are hard on all three. We inspect free with any service and show you what we found before we touch it.

Quoted per axle after we measure

Fuel systems

Injectors, lift pumps, water contamination, hard starts. Common on trucks that sit between seasons.

Quoted after diagnosis

Farm & equipment

Tractors, skid steers, generators and small engines. If it has a diesel in it and you can get it here, we'll look at it.

Shop rate, or mobile within 30 miles

Prices above are what most jobs run. Diesel work varies more than car work does, so you get the real number in writing after we've looked, and nothing gets done before you say yes.

How it goes

Four steps, no mystery.

  1. You call or drop it

Tell us what it's doing. If it's a fleet truck, tell us how bad you need it. That changes where it goes in the queue.

  2. We look and we call you

Same day, most days. You get what's wrong, what it costs, and the date you get it back. In writing if you want it.

  3. You decide

Nothing happens until you say so. If you want to think about it or take it elsewhere, that's fine and we'll tell you what we found either way.

  4. You get it back when we said

If a part is late or we find something underneath, you hear it from us the day we know, not the day you come to collect.

What people say

They gave me a date and hit it.

Invented reviews, on a sample site. On a real build these are pulled from the shop's actual Google reviews.

Had my F-350 back on Wednesday like he said. First shop in three years that gave me a date and hit it.

Dale W. · Louisburg

They found water in the fuel and showed me the sample. Didn't try to sell me injectors I didn't need yet.

Marcus T. · Youngsville

We run six trucks. Being able to call and get a straight answer about scheduling is worth more than shaving twenty bucks off a bill.

Before you call

Questions we get.

Do you delete emissions equipment?

No. It's a federal violation for us and it makes your truck a problem to sell, register or insure. We repair aftertreatment systems properly and we'll show you what failed and why.

Can you get to it today?

Sometimes. Two bays means we're honest about the queue instead of taking your truck and letting it sit. Call and we'll tell you the real answer.

Do you work on cars?

Diesel cars and light trucks, yes. Gas cars, no. There are good shops nearby for that and we'll point you at one rather than do it badly.

Do you do fleet billing?

Yes. Monthly invoicing, per-unit history, and priority scheduling for accounts. Ask and we'll set it up.

What about warranty?

Two years or 24,000 miles on parts and labor for work we do. If something we touched fails in that window, bring it back and we make it right.
