Optional. Separate from your build. Thirty days notice to stop, no penalty.
Your website is yours the day it launches whether or not you ever pay me again. This page is about what happens after that, if you would rather not be the one thinking about it.
A shop runs on scheduled maintenance, so this does too. Your changes go live on a set weekend each month rather than whenever I get to them, which means you know the date in advance instead of wondering. Anything unscheduled gets an answer within three business days, on every plan. Anything broken does not wait at all.
Corrections are never charged and never wait for a batch. Wrong hours, an old phone number, an address that changed, a price that moved, somebody on the site who does not work for you any more. Tell me and I fix it. It does not count against your plan and it never has.
I sell against shops having wrong information online. Charging you to fix wrong information would be a strange way to run that.
One location, hours that rarely move, and you are happy enough to log into Google yourself when something needs saying.
You run seasonal offers, you get reviews worth answering, and something on the site changes most months.
Several bays, or a fleet side, or more than one number to keep straight. Enough moving that a week is the longest you want to wait for it to go live.

Pay yearly and the twelfth month is free: $1,045, $2,145 or $4,345, which is eleven months' money for twelve months of cover. Your rate is held for twelve months from the day you start.
New reviews get to you the week they land, with the ones that need an answer marked, and your rating and review count tracked month to month so you can see which way it is going. You write the replies. Nothing goes up under your shop's name that you did not write, and I will not put words in your mouth to a customer who is standing in your lot tomorrow.
Send me what you want changed whenever it occurs to you. It goes into the pile for your next batch weekend and publishes then. Anything that arrives after that weekend goes into the following one.
One request is one batch, not one edit. New bay photos and a corrected phone number sent together are one update. The same two sent Monday and again Thursday are two.
Google posts work the same way. The allowance on your plan is a monthly count, but I write them ahead and you approve them in one go rather than being asked every few weeks. One sitting, several months of posts, and you have seen every word before any of it appears on your listing.
Different situation. Nothing is broken, you just want something live before your next scheduled update. That is $75 for the change, on any plan.
I will always tell you the cost and wait for you to say yes in writing before I do it, and it goes on your next monthly invoice rather than as a separate bill.
The way to pay it less often is a plan with more scheduled updates. On Full Service the next one is never more than a week away.
Skip it if your hours never change, your services never change, and you are comfortable logging into Google yourself. Take the site and run it. That is a real answer and I will not talk you out of it.
Take it if your hours move for holidays, you add or drop services, reviews come in that need answering, or you would rather this was somebody else's job than one more thing waiting for you on a Sunday night.
Start with the free check-up. I will tell you what your listing looks like today before either of us talks about a plan.
