This is a sample site. Cedar Fork Automotive & Fleet is not a real business. The address, phone numbers, reviews and figures are invented. Built by Kerry Jackson Web to show what a full shop and fleet site can do. See what this costs →

Fleet & commercial

A vehicle off the road is not a repair problem. It is a revenue problem.

We keep 180+ units working for Wake Forest and Franklin County businesses: contractor trucks, delivery vans, service bodies, trailers and municipal equipment. Three of our 8 bays are reserved for contract work, so your unit does not sit behind a retail queue.

How an account runs

Four things, and we do all four the same way every time.

01

Scheduled work comes to you

We hold the PM schedule for every unit, by mileage or by engine hours, whichever you actually track. You get the list of what is due next month before the month starts, so you decide what goes in and when, rather than finding out at a roadside.

02

Unscheduled work gets a call, then a number

Something breaks. We look same day for contract units, then you get one phone call with what is wrong, what it costs, and the date it is back. Nothing is ordered before you say the word.

03

If a date is going to slip, you hear it the day we know

Parts are late sometimes and things are worse underneath sometimes. What should never happen is you finding out when you arrive to collect. This is the single thing fleet customers say every previous shop got wrong.

04

One invoice, and history you can pull yourself

Net 30, one statement a month, itemized per unit. Every job, part and cost sits against the vehicle it belongs to, and you can export it whenever your accountant or your auditor asks.

Accounts

Three ways in, depending on how many you run.

Every tier gets Net 30, per-unit history and priority over retail. What changes above that is how much of the tracking we take off your desk.

Invented figures on a sample site. On a real build these are the shop's own terms, and the per-vehicle number is the one a fleet manager will check first.

We put these in writing before the first unit comes in, because a fleet account that depends on remembering a conversation is not an account.

Talk to us

Tell us what you run.

The useful first conversation is short: how many units, what kind, and what is going wrong with how they are serviced now. We will tell you honestly whether we have the capacity to take you on, because saying yes and then failing you is worse for us than saying no.

Or skip the form. The fleet desk is (919) 555-0147 and it is answered by someone who can actually schedule you.
