The shop

20 years on the same road.

Mill Branch Auto Service opened in a two-bay building off Mill Branch Road in 2006, with one lift, one loaner car nobody wanted to borrow, and a rule that has not changed since: the customer sees what we see.

Twenty years later it is six bays and eleven people, and the rule is now a camera in every technician's hand. Every recommendation we make arrives on your phone as a photograph with a measurement next to it. You decide what gets fixed. We have never once put a car on a lift and taken something apart to create leverage.

We are not the cheapest shop in Franklin County. We are the one that tells you when you do not need the repair, which over ten years works out cheaper than the alternative.

    Eleven years on a dealership floor before opening Mill Branch in 2006, mostly because of how often the answer to a customer question was to tell them it needs the package. Still turns wrenches four days a week.

What you can hold us to

The four things that do not change.

  1. We look, and we write it down. Every car gets a digital inspection: brakes measured, fluids checked, tires read, battery tested. Not a sales script - numbers.
  2. You get photos, on your phone. Worn pads, a leaking hose, a cracked belt: you see the same picture the technician sees, with the measurement beside it.
  3. We quote it in plain language. Priced line by line, sorted into what is unsafe today, what should be planned, and what can wait a year. We will tell you which is which.
  4. Nothing happens until you say so. You approve by text or phone. If we find something else once we are into the job, the car stops and you get another call. No surprise line items, ever.
